Care Plan Membership
Care Plan Membership is designed for anyone without dental insurance who wants to make routine care more affordable while being better prepared for the unexpected. You’ll receive the preventive care your smile needs, along with valuable discounts if an accident, infection, or other unexpected dental problem comes up.
Your membership covers the preventive care that’s essential for keeping your smile healthy, including regular cleanings, exams, and X-rays as outlined in your plan. It also gives you discounted pricing on many additional treatments, making it easier to budget for dental care throughout the year.
To get started, you’ll make an initial payment of $150 for the 6-month plan or $250 for the 12-month plan. This covers your first month of membership. After that, you’ll make $20 monthly payments for the remainder of your selected plan term through automatic billing.
Absolutely! Care Plan Membership makes a thoughtful gift for a family member or loved one. It’s especially helpful for young adults, recent college grads, or anyone without dental insurance who could use a little extra support staying on top of their oral health
Everyone is welcome to enroll. There are no eligibility requirements or insurance restrictions. To get the most value from your membership, we simply recommend enrolling if you plan to keep up with your routine preventive visits.
Because Care Plan Membership is billed as a recurring membership, it isn’t eligible for Cherry financing. We do accept most major debit and credit cards, and many banks offer options for spreading larger purchases over time through their own payment programs.
